MWD Logistics Awarded with Service Excellence Award from Scotts Miracle-Gro
Award Recognizes Suppliers that Exceed Expectations

Ontario, OH: MWD Logistics is proud to announce that they have been named a recipient of the Service Excellence Award from Scotts Miracle-Gro. The award recognizes a company for meeting and exceeding a dashboard of metrics Scotts Miracle-Gro provides for suppliers. MWD Logistics not only met and exceeded the metrics for their category (operations logistics), but earned the highest overall numbers. 

MWD Logistics met a Net Inventory Variance (inventory accuracy) of 99% for Scotts Miracle-Gro, far exceeding expectations. Their on-time shipments were fulfilled 100% on time, a level unprecedented in the industry. Scotts comments that MWD “always says yes to any challenge” and “will take anything we throw at them.”

MWD Logistics provides flexible warehousing solutions, distribution services, and trucking services for many clients ranging from Texas eastward to Connecticut. The company has partnered with Scotts Miracle-Gro for around 20 years, providing them with warehouse space.
